Join the Washington Center in celebrating local vendors and Small Business Saturday! The Center is launching its first artisan market based on craft, community, and innovation.  Located in the heart of Olympia, the Artisan Market features 20 vendors selling local and handmade original objects. Drop in and jump start your holiday shopping! Free event! Family-friendly!

I’ll be there selling signed copies of Sisters of Element as well as some unique and special handcrafted accessories made by local female-owned artisans: handcrafted one-of-a-kind book pouches made by Ponderosa Creative, signed custom artwork by PinkPolish Design, and custom etched steel tumblers by Colibri Arts. My book will be on display for the entire weekend, but I plan to be there Friday, Oct. 4 from 5 to 7pm and 9 to 10 pm. Come chat with me, warm up from the cold, and rest your legs for a bit.
